 ilton/Burlington SPCA present a bring your dog yoga class at Terra Gree
 nhouse Waterdown\, hosted by Stephanie Weiler of HamOnt Yoga (who you m
 ight know from her dog-friendly Gage Park yoga sessions).🧘‍♀️🐕
 \n\nRelax\, stretch and bond with your pup in a safe\, enclosed environmen
 t\, supervised by our group of trained volunteers who will make sure sure 
 all dogs and their humans are safe and having a great time.\nThe session w
 ill include:\n\n 	Welcome with a supervised off-leash play session to get 
 those zoomies out\n 	A 1-hr beginner-friendly yoga class while your dog r
 ests\, wanders or plays nearby (our volunteers will help with restless pu
 ps and potty breaks so you can relax!)\n 	Treats for your dog\n 	A final 
 off-leash play session to celebrate all the good girls and boys\n 	The ch
 ance to wander and shop Terra with your dog (extra walkies!) afterwards\n\
 nYou'll need:\n\n 	A yoga mat\n 	Comfortable layered clothing for changeab
 le greenhouse weather\n\nYour dog will need:\n\n 	Proof of spay/neuter and
  vaccination\n 	To be at least 6 months old\n 	A readiness to socialize a
 nd basic understanding of sit and stay\n\nParticipants must be aged 16 or
