DESCRIPTION:Gentle Flow with Rianna is a gentle\, slow-paced vinyasa yoga c
 lass. Breathe\, stretch\, flow\, and relax. Suitable for all levels. Pleas
 e bring a yoga mat and water. Feel free to bring your own yoga blocks and 
 blanket for additional support.\n\nThis yoga series will run in TERRA Wat
 erdown on Saturdays from 10-11am from March 30th – April 27th\, 2024. 
 Register for a single class\, or join us for the entire series to enjoy a

 Rianna is a yoga teacher in Niagara\, specializing in custom group experi
 ences\, corporate events\, private yoga coaching\, and online courses. A 
 mom to five kids ages 11 – 20\, Ri celebrates 25 years of teaching yoga 
 this year. After balancing teaching yoga with full-time corporate work and
  family life for 20 years\, she now calls herself a “retired corporate h
 ippy” and full-time\, freelance yoga teacher. Slow Flow\, Yoga Nidra\, Y
 in Yoga\, Restorative\, and Vinyasa are some of Rianna’s styles of yoga
