 gis Travis Elliot and Lauren Eckstrom\, Emi earned her certification. Over
  time\, her individual practice evolved\, shifting her focus towards medit
 ation and a comprehensive exploration of all facets of yoga.\n\nRenowned f
 or her genuine and non-judgmental teaching approach\, Emi’s classes blen
 d creative sequencing with a commitment to safe alignment. Through her hol
 istic yoga flow\, she seamlessly merges the dynamic energy and tranquility
  inherent in yoga. Emi remains a perpetual student\, prioritizing her ongo
 ing learning journey\, and places emphasis on being a student first and a 
 teacher second.\n\nEmi specializes in Yoga therapy for depression\, demons
 trating her dedication to the therapeutic aspects of yoga. Currently\, she
