| A relatively new small fruit on the scene, the Haskap or Honeyberry is an extremely hardy berry with recent introductions developed by the University of Saskatchewan. The berries appear similar to a blueberry in colour but are more oblong in shape. Haskaps have their own unique taste which has been described as a tart/sweet raspberry. Two varieties are needed for pollination and fruit set. Grows 4-5′ high and 3-4′ wide – can trim in late winter/early spring. Full sun
