Chair Yoga with Leah – July 19th, 2024

Friday morning, in the calm of our beautiful greenhouse, join us at TERRA Milton for Chair Yoga with Leah!

The chair yoga class is similar to a typical yoga class but you will use chairs as props for a more gentler practice. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and work with any limitations. Instructor Leah will focus on flexibility, balance, core and coordination.  Each session starts & ends with a beginner style meditation to help ease anxiety and stress.

Tickets are $20 plus applicable taxes.

Students are asked to wear comfortable clothing and bring their reusable water bottles.
Each participant will also receive a 10% off coupon to use at TERRA after their class is finished.
Tickets for the July 19th class is on sale until July 17, 2024. In the event that the Chair Yoga class is cancelled we will contact via email on July 17, 2024.
