The Naga Viper chili pepper was created in England and is a hybrid of three different chili peppers – the Bhut Jolokia, the Naga Morich, and the Trinidad Scorpion. The Naga Viper was recorded as the “World’s Hottest Chili” by the Guinness World Records with a rating of 1,300,000 Scoville heat units (SHU) in 2011.
