Tacca Chantrieri (Bat Plant)

The Tacca chantrieri is better known as the Black Bat Plant and is native to Southeast Asia. This plant is somewhat difficult to bloom but if you are lucky it is truly rewarding. The flower is black and bat looking with large wing like blooms. They often bloom in October and November.

This plant is sold in a 4″ grower’s pot.
