Happening Feb 15 + 16, March 1 + 2, April 5+6, 2025 TERRA Milton: 12800 Brittania Rd. Milton ON 10a.m. - 3p.m. Participating vendors will need to bring their own table for a 10x10 space as well as a floor length table cloth (any colour is fine) as well as any promotional materials. The intention of this event is for informational purposes ONLY. Vendors will NOT be permitted to sell products, other items, or collect fees of any kind, for services.

Weekends to participate(Required)
Please select which weekends you would like to participate*. The Vendor Fee is $100/weekend. plus applicable taxes. *please note it is required that you be available for both days of the weekends selected.
I understand that the cost of my spot is $75/weekend +HST and is non-refundable. *(Required)
I understand that I will be provided with a 10x10 foot space. I am responsible for bringing my own table(s), floor-length tablecloth(s) of any colour, and chair(s) and must fit within this space.(Required)
I understand that I am responsible for the set up/take down/decor of my space. And my station will be ready 10 min prior to event.(Required)
I understand that it is part of my responsibility to help promote the Wellness Summit Weekend(s) and that as a vendor, leading up to/during the event I will try my best to promote my involvement via social media or other marketing channels.(Required)
I understand if my application have been approved I will be asked to payment via instructions that will be provided.(Required)
Vendor Instructions will be sent to the email address that was provided in the application.
