Purple Fountain Grass (10″ pot)

Purple Fountain Grass is named for the arching spikes of purple-bronze flowers. These plumes appear in late summer over neat masses of graceful burgundy leaves. Fountain Grass is well suited for gardens or containers, and often stars in late-summer or fall season mixed planters. These plants prefer a sunny location with well-draining soil.

Use as an annual in Ontario. Purple Fountain Grass isn’t hardy to winter, but can provide winter interest in the landscape as it fades after frost.
